Q: Is there a minimum order charge and what forms of payment do you accept?
A: There is no minimum purchase required for any purchases made through our Baby Boutique. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be added to your invoice. We accept Visa, Mastercard or paypal. You may pay for your purchase by calling our toll-free number 1.888.338.8316 or on our website through the secure checkout.

Q: How is my payment processed and is the transaction secure?

Methods of Payment/Security. We accept Visa and Mastercard online through our SAFE and SECURE merchant processor (powered by Bank of Montreal ) or processed by telephone. For secure credit card transactions and banking relationships we utilize the security and financial strength of BMO. Our secure SSL e-commerce transactions are processed through Moneris Solutions (Bank of Montreal ).

Q: What if I don't need to rent equipment and I only need to order items from your Baby Boutique?
A: No need to worry, we are here to make your trip easier! We would be more than happy to take orders for items from our Baby Boutique. Can you send gifts on my behalf? Yes, we would be more than happy to send your purchase as a gift! Please make sure to indicate that the shipping address is different from your billing address, if ordering via our website. Please fill in the "additional information" box upon checkout and indicate that your purchase is a gift and any special message you may have for the recipient. For telephone orders, please mention that you would like to ship your product(s) as a gift.

Q: Do you offer free delivery in the Montreal area?
A: We do offer free delivery to some areas within the island of Montreal . Please call 1.888.338.8316 for more information.

Q: What is your return policy?

  • We do not accept items for return that have been opened and used, unless they are defective. Please contact us as soon as possible in order for us top correct any problems.
  • Items sold on the Baby Boutique may be returned within 14 days of purchase if the item is found to be defective and the Client will be given a store credit or exchange. Shipping will be refunded at the discretion of BebeGoGo-Travelling Tots.
  • Non-defective returns must be returned within 14 days of receipt of your BebeGoGo-Travelling Tots order. Items received after 14 days the from date of delivery will be exchanged for a store credit (minus shipping).
  • Feeding products and feeding accessories may not be returned.
  • If you receive a damaged item, please contact us within 48 hours after the receipt of your goods. If you receive an incorrect item in your order, please call us at 1.888.338.8316 or send us an email as soon as possible to correct the problem. We will pay to have the product shipped back to our warehouse and send you a replacement or correct product. Please do not dispose of any of the damaged material or original packing material and invoices. NO REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS WILL BE ISSUED IF YOU DISPOSE OF ANY DAMAGED PRODUCT, ORIGINAL PACKAGING OR INNER PACKING MATERIAL.

Sales Tax

United States Orders

All items ship from Montreal, Canada via Canada Post/USP expedited parcel service. All prices shown are in Canadian dollars. Please allow up to 3 weeks for delivery for some parcels. Although shipped within 24 hours of receipt of the order, border clearance may delay the arrival of your package. Please also note that customers are responsible for all taxes, customs and import duties that may be applied.
